Everything You Need to Know

What to Bring
  • Karate Dress / Karate Kit with Belt
  • 2 Night Dresses
  • 1 School Dress
  • 1 Pair Shoes + 1 Sleeper / Sandal
  • Toiletries (Soap, Oil, Towel, Toothbrush, Colgete)
  • Own Nunchaku, Lathi & Weapons (if owned)
  • Snacks as per taste (biscuits, bhujing, dry fruits)
  • Any required personal medication

  • 6 Days / 5 Nights residential program
  • Start: 1 May 2026 (Departure from class location by night bus on 30 April)
  • End: 6 May 2026
  • Camping Program included
  • Dining — both meals & comparison beds provided

  • Camp Fee: ₹3,800/-
  • Fee must be paid 5 days before camp
  • Fee once paid will NOT be refunded
  • Bus departs from class location on 30 April evening

Notes for Parents & Guardians

No Valuables
Parents should not send mobile phones, money, or any valuable items with students. The academy will not be responsible for loss of any items.

Declare Medical Conditions
If your child has any ongoing medical treatment or physical condition, inform the academy before the camp. Bring sufficient medicine and inform the instructor.

Medical Check-up
Students will be given 1 or 2 medical check-ups during the camp period to ensure their health and safety.

No Refund Policy
Once paid, fees will not be refunded under any circumstances. Please confirm participation before making the payment.
